The Flash-Tech Conical Split Boot is a universal flashing solution for round pipe penetrations—especially when obstructions make a standard conical boot unusable. Built from 60-mil TPO or PVC membrane, this prefabricated flashing features a split design for quick installation around existing pipes without needing disassembly.
Just like the standard conical boot, this version ensures a watertight, long-lasting seal, and is available in three size ranges (1–6″, 6–8″, 8–10″) and three color options (gray, tan, and white). It’s compatible with all major single-ply roofing systems and can also be customized to fit specific job requirements.
