Flash-Tech Manufacturing Inc. was our answer to costly and often
inconsistent “field fabrication.” By implementing CNC material
processing, automated heat welding, and quality-controlled in-house

FLASH-TECH CNC
In order to guarantee consistent quality and ensure a perfect fit every time Flash-Tech employs an industry-leading CNC cutting system to process both PVC and TPO. In doing so, we can produce high-quality flashings at a much higher rate than a traditionally manual process. This means shorter lead times on prefabricated accessories for the contractor.
FLASH-TECH Automated Heat Welding
The most critical parts of any single-ply roof accessory are the heat-welded seams. A properly welded seam will remain completely watertight the entire life of the roofing system. That is why all prefabricated accessories are welded with fully automated heat welders. Each welder adjusts pressure, heat, and speed to ensure a consistent watertight seam every time.
