Flash-Tech’s Two-Way Breather Vent is designed to provide proper airflow and ventilation beneath single-ply roofing systems. Whether you’re preventing trapped moisture or regulating attic pressure, this 4″ prefabricated vent gets the job done — available in both one-way and two-way venting options.
Each vent is manufactured with a reinforced TPO or PVC membrane flange for quick installation. Simply center the vent over your opening and weld it to the field membrane — no extra steps, no nonsense.
Flash-Tech breather vents are offered in gray, tan, or white to match your roof, and custom options are available for specialty jobs.
