The Flash-Tech Breather Vent (One-Way) is a prefabricated 4″ roof vent designed to control moisture and minimize condensation beneath TPO or PVC roofing membrane systems. Constructed with a 60-mil reinforced membrane and galvanized metal subbase, its internal diaphragm allows warm air to escape while helping protect the integrity of the roof system from the inside out.
Ideal for low-slope commercial roofing applications, this vent provides reliable ventilation beneath the membrane while preventing moisture buildup that can lead to premature roof failure. The reinforced membrane flange allows for quick installation — simply center over the penetration and weld to the field membrane.
Available in TPO or PVC and offered in White, Tan, and Grey to match your existing roofing system.
Also available in two-way venting configurations if required.
