Split Vent Pipe Flashing

The Flash-Tech Split Vent Pipe Flashing is specifically designed for round pipes with obstructions that prevent standard pre-molded boots from being installed. Featuring a precision split and overlap tab, this flashing opens and wraps cleanly around the pipe, then seals to form a watertight barrier.

Fabricated from durable 60-mil TPO or PVC membrane, each wrap is built to resist weather, UV exposure, and aging. Available in gray, tan, and white, and in multiple sizes ranging from 1.5” to 6”, these split vent flashings offer flexibility and reliability in the field.
