The Flash-Tech Sealant Pocket provides a clean and reliable waterproofing solution for irregular penetrations through single-ply roofing membranes. Each pocket is constructed from TPO or PVC coated galvanized steel with a 60-mil reinforced flange, allowing it to weld directly to the existing roof membrane for a secure, long-lasting bond.
Designed to simplify detailing around difficult penetrations, the pocket can be filled with a one-part sealant to easily waterproof pipes, wires, line sets, and other irregularly shaped penetrations — eliminating the need for complicated fabrication or custom flashing on the job site.
Flash-Tech Sealant Pockets are engineered for dependable performance in both new construction and re-roofing applications, offering a quick and efficient way to create a durable watertight seal.
Available in TPO or PVC membrane options to match your existing roofing system.
